Million Dollar Dip – Tips and Notes
- Substitutions:feel free to sub the cream cheese for light or whipped cream cheese. You can also use mayonnaise in place of the sour cream.
- Additions: sometimes I will add a handful of slivered almonds to my Million Dollar Dip for extra texture and a bit of crunch.
- Serving suggestions: this dip pairs perfectly with chips, crackers, pretzels, etc. You can also serve with fresh veggies likecarrot sticks, celery, or cucumber slices for ahealthier or lower carb option.
- Storing: store any leftover dip in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. See tips below for serving after storing in the refrigerator.
What’s the difference between Million Dollar Dip and Crack Dip?
The biggest difference between these two dips is that “crack dip” has ranch seasoning mixed in.
Can this dip be made ahead of time?
You can make it ahead of time, but it will be harder to dip chips into it. The cream cheese in the dip will harden up once it’s back in the fridge. So if you’d like to make this Million Dollar Dip in advance, remove it from the refrigerator at least 30 minutes before serving to give it time to soften up.
