Disney created hundreds and hundreds of characters that anyone could relate to them from their younger days. Their storylines and “pedagogical” type of upbringing of children and showing them values of living, family, friends, and love is something that kept us grounded in sensitive young years. Since we did a few lists of Disney Characters that start with certain letters, this time we will go through all 53 Disney characters that start with the letter F.
Miss Fritter (Cars 3)
The third installment of Cars 3, presented us with a new set of antagonists in the franchise and one of them is Miss Fritter. Her intimidating size as a school bus and exhausts that look like bulls horns, is absolutely perfect for the smash-and-crash life of demolition derby. That is why she is a local legend at Thunder Hollow.
Flash (Zootopia)
Who doesn’t like Flash? Well, anyone who stumbles upon him at the Department of Mammal Vehicles. He is a sloth so it does not surprise his really slow movements and work that drive the rest of the animals of Zootopia insane. Probably one of the most memed Disney characters in recent years.
Flik (A Bug’s Life)
Disney and Pixar movie from 1998 presented us with the Bug’s life, which was a cool look into how ants and the rest of the bugs live. Flik is a worker ant who starts questioning everything he was taught all his life and starts to rebel against it. A truly inspiring character.
Frozone (The Incredibles)
Before Avengers of the MCU, we had Incredibles which presented us with a really cool group of superheroes. An ally of the Parr family and best friend of Mr. Incredible knows how to slide and jump in when his friends are in trouble. His powers to create ice and freeze surfaces by manipulating moisture are really useful and cool anytime he shows up on the screen.
Fritz (Inside Out)
This minor character appears in Inside Out at the end of the movie explaining new emotions in Riley’s headquarters after she finally adapts to her new life in San Francisco. He wears construction worker gear and has cute mustaches. Cute, isn’t it?
Ms. Flint (Monsters, Inc.)
A minor character from the 2001’s Monsters, Inc. animated movie, Ms. Flint is a very serious worker of the company who dislikes Winchester’s take on humor. However, she is kind, and supportive, and overall a good time when interacting with her. Her daughter Thalia appears in other Monsters, Inc. projects.
Frederic (Tangled)
The King of Corona and Rapunzel’s dad spent most of his life trying to find his precious daughter which he lost when she was a baby. He and his wife Queen Ariana, worry about their daughter a lot but support her really much. Frederic appears in a Tangled movie and TV show.
Fix-it Felix (Wreck-it Ralph)
What Wreck-It Ralph destroys, Fix-It-Felix Jr. can fix it. One of the more important characters of the Wreck-It Ralph series of movies, he can fix anything with his trusty magic hammer. He is charming, warm, gregarious, and just a “good guy” of Disney, and really cool character.
Fungus (Monsters, Inc.)
Fungus is a supporting character in Monster’s, Inc. and is a former Randall Boggs assistant and currently works for Mike Wazowski as an assistant. He is clumsy and a coward and Randall threaten him a lot. His true purpose becomes is unveiled at the end of the movie when he is seen making children laugh.
Fish Out of Water (Chicken Little)
Fish Out of Water is a supporting character in the animated future film called Chicken Little. He is a, you guessed it, a fish, more precisely, a goldfish that wears a scuba helmet filled with water and with that lives on the surface. Literally what the name suggests, right?
Dr. Facilier (The Princess and the Frog)
The main antagonist of an Oscar-winning animated movie from 2009, is also known as the Shadow Man. He is evil, a voodoo witch doctor who plots to rule New Orleans with the help of his Friends From the Other Side. He is a smooth talker which almost prompts Naveen to fall for his tricks – thankfully love prevailed.
Flit (Pocahontas)
One of the pets of the main protagonist Pocahontas, Flit is really protective of Pocahontas and is constantly messing around with his buddy Meeko. He is strongly against John Smith but towards the end of the movie, even saves his life.
Flo (Cars)
Probably one of the coolest cars in the franchise, Flo is an oldtimer who is an owner of Flo’s V8 Cafe and the wife of Ramone, another oldtimer. She is present in all Cars movies, and fans love her for her sassiness and just general coolness.
Flo (Finding Nemo)
Oh, look, another Flo! This time from 2002’s Finding Nemo movie and her dual personality causes her to believe that her reflection is her twin sister, Deb or Flo, even though she does not know. She is in a group of fish that Nemos saves from the dentist’s aquarium. She is a hilarious character.
Fa Li (Mulan)
Mulan’s mom, from the same animated movie from 1998, Fa Li only wants what is best for her daughter. She is a dedicated wife to Fa Zhou but even she cannot be on his side all the time, and eventually starts to understand Mulan and her “rebellion” against tradition.
fa*gin (Oliver and Company)
This wholesome animated movie showed great value on how to act around pets and most importantly, how to treat them. Even though he is a petty criminal, fa*gan is a good man which he shows by “adopting” stray dogs and treating them like his children.
Faline (Bambi)
Faline is a female deer and one of the deuteragonist of 1942’s Bambi. She is actually Bambi’s love interest and a daughter of Ena and an unknown buck. She is cute, giggly, and grows into a beautiful and very attractive young doe which affects Bambi a lot.
Flora (A Bug’s Life)
Dr. Flora is an ant doctor of the colony. She does not believe in Flik at the beginning but later starts realizing that he is actually trying to help his colony. She helps the colony in any way she can and joins other ants in the defense of Ant Island.
Flora (Sleeping Beauty)
Another character of the same name is a good fairy named Flora. She is one-third of the “Three Good Fairies” group which also includes Fauna and Merriweather. With her fellow fairies, she is trying her best to protect Princess Aurora from the wrath of Maleficent.
Fauna (Sleeping Beauty)
Fauna is another fairy from 1959’s animated movie Sleeping Beauty. After Aurora’s christening, fairies come to grant her gifts. Fauna gifts baby Aurora the gift of song and tries to help in Aurora’s upbringing as much as she can with other fairies.
Flounder (The Little Mermaid)
Flounder is the main character in 1989’s Little Mermaid and even though he is portrayed as a character who gets scared a lot, he tries his best to help Ariel as much as he can. He always tags along with her on adventures and is one of her biggest supporters.
Fa Zhou (Mulan)
Tradition is something Fa Zhou values a lot, and because of his stubbornness and unwillingness to see from the perspective of his daughter Mulan, Fa Zhou does distance himself from his daughter. She loves her though, and in the end, is extremely proud of Mulan and her courage to risk her life for him and their family.
Flower (Bambi)
Another character from the animated movie Bambi is a skunk Flower. There is a possibility that is not his real name but on his journey, Bambi sees him in the flowers and mistakenly called him Flower, and it stayed like that until the end of the movie. He is very shy and friendly, especially in presence of Bambi.
Friar Tuck (Robin Hood)
One of the legendary Merry Man of Robin Hood, this animated character in the form of a bear is one of the most important pieces of Robin Hood movie from 1973. He is a kind-hearted priest and a good friend of Robin Hood and Little John. He is helping people in need and only wants good for people.
Finn McMissile (Cars 2)
A Cars equivalent of James Bond mistakenly recruits Tow Mater for a mission to solve a conspiracy that happened at the World Grand Prix, thinking he is an American Spy. Since he is a replica of James Bond, Finn McMissile really acts and talks like Agent 007.
Fillmore (Cars)
This VW mini-bus is a supporting character in the first Cars movie and sells organic fuel, as the owner of Fillmore’s Taste-In. He is a smooth-talking hippie who brings a calming presence to our main protagonists. Also, he appears in Cars 2 and Cars 3.
Franny (Meet the Robinsons)
Francesca “Franny” Robinson is a matriarch of Robinson’s family in Disney’s 2007 animated movie Meet the Robinsons. She is creative, cool, and overall a very charismatic character that cares about her family very much. Some would say she is a “cool mum”.
Figaro (Pinocchio)
Figaro is Geppetto’s pet from 1940’s Disney’s movie Pinocchio. This Tuxedo Cat was really loved by Walt Disney and he featured it in other cartoons where it was established that Figaro is Minnie Mouse’s cat.
Fifi (Beauty and the Beast)
One of the maids who was turned into a feather duster in the animated movie Beauty and the Beast from 1991, Fifi is a supporting character that is in a relationship with Lumiere, another important character in the movie. She has flirtatious nature and often teases and messes with her boyfriend.
Frankie (Meet the Robinsons)
This cool character appears in the animated movie Meet the Robinsons, and his jazzy attire and love for music are really endearing. Frankie with his group of musical frogs sings a lot throughout the movie and his presence is felt a lot, even though he is only a minor character.
Fluke (Finding Dory)
This lazy sea lion, with his friend Rudder, appears in the animated movie Finding Dory in 2016. Fluke is a minor character in the movie and does not separate from his friend. Their goal is to lay all the time on their rock and relax and even though they do not do anything exceptional in helping find Dory, they get rewarded by fish.
Fear (Inside Out)
One of the four supporting characters in 2015’s animated movie Inside Out. As the name suggests, he is one of the five emotions inside the mind of Riley Andersen. He is, you guess it, in constant fear but his main job is to protect Riley and keep her safe.
Featheringhamstan (Lightyear)
This character appears in the recent Disney/Pixar movie called Lightyear. Featheringhamstan is a new recruit partnered with Buzz and Alisha. In the movie, he is voiced by a popular American comedian Bill Hader.
Flynn Rider (Tangled)
This charming, arrogant character appears in 2010’s movie Tangled and is one of the main characters. He is a notorious thief who only thinks of himself but faith connects him with Rapunzel with whom he falls in love. Flynn also appears in the TV show called Tangled.
Felicia (The Great Mouse Detective)
Felicia is a character in Disney’s 1986’s animated movie called The Great Mouse Detective. She is a spoiled big cat and a supporting antagonist. Felicia is similar to another evil Disney cat Lucifer from the Cinderella movie, and her loyalty to Ratigan dooms her at the end of the movie.
Forky (Toy Story 4)
Forky is a tritagonist of the 2019’s movie Toy Story 4. As the name suggests, he is a fork that was crafted by Bonnie. Forky thinks he is trash, not a toy, and anytime he wants to get out of Bonnie’s room, Woody always yanks him into a new adventure.
Felipe Rivera (Coco)
One of Coco’s uncles Felipe appears in Disney’s animated movie from 2017 called Coco. Felipe and his twin brother Oscar are more than brothers – they are best friends to the point of finishing each other sentences. They are really caring and serious about their family.
Foxy Loxy (Chicken Little)
Another character on this list from the 2005’s movie Chicken Little, Foxy Loxy is the movie’s secondary antagonist who bullies Chicken Little throughout the movie with his buddies. He is a stereotypical jock from the American high school who actually shows remorse till the end of the movie.
Felix Madrigal (Encanto)
Felix is a supporting character in 2021’s movie Encanto. He is married into a Madrigal family and does not possess any powers like his wife Pepa, but his unconditional support and love for his family is what keeps his family afloat.
Francesco Bernoulli (Cars 2)
Disney and Pixar movies are full of real-life references and the Cars franchise has probably the most. Francesco is a former rival of Lighting McQueen’s and a minor character in Cars 2. He obviously references a Formula 1 car or rather Ferrari.
Fidget (The Great Mouse Detective)
Fidget is a peg-legged bat and the secondary antagonist of the animated movie The Great Mouse Detective. He was actually Ratigan’s right hand but since has reformed and became Olivia’s assistant during her investigations on paranormal activity suspicions.
Frank (The Rescuers Down Under)
Another Disney character is called Frank but this time from the 1990’s animated movie The Rescuers Down Under. Frank is a frill-necked lizard captured by Percival McLeach. He is very hyperactive and afraid of being killed and turned into a purse. Who isn’t?
Frank McCay (Monsters University)
Let’s get these Franks out of the way. Frank McCay is a character from the 2013 Pixar prequel of Monster, Inc. movie called Monsters University. He is a certified jock in the movie who later inspires Mike Wazowski to become a Scarer.
Frank (Inside Out)
Probably the last Frank on this list, this mind worker is a minor character in the animated movie Inside Out. Frank and his buddy Dave are Riley’s subconscious guards who are standing guard in front of huge Subconscious doors. They are constantly arguing when seen in the movie.
Fflewddur Fflam (The Black Cauldron)
With the amounts of F letters in his name, Fflewddur definitely belongs on this list. He is a self-styled bard and the supporting character in Disney’s 1985 animated movie called The Black Cloudron. Throughout the movie, he exaggerates his own courage and musical talent.
Fergus (Brave)
Fergus is a supporting character in the 2012 Disney/Pixar animated movie Brave. He is the father of the main heroine Merida and triplets Harris, Hubert, and Hamish. He is a heroic warrior, a king, and a protector of his family.
Fenton (Atlantis)
Fenton is a minor character in 2001’s animated movie Atlantis: The Lost Empire. He is Milo’s boss and one of the heads of the Smithsonian Institute. He is obese, skeptical, and a serious individual, who never wants to fund research on the myth of Atlantis.
Francis (Oliver and Company)
We have one of the two Francis on this list and this one is one of the supporting characters in the animated movie Oliver & Company. He is a bulldog and one of fa*gin’s dogs. He is loosely based on British politician Winston Churchill and has an upper-class English posh London accent.
Francis (A Bug’s Life)
Another Francis on this list is Francis, a ladybug from the animated movie Bug’s Life. He is a drag queen in the circus and because of that, his appearance confuses other characters who mistake him for a girl.
Felony (Ralph Breaks the Internet)
Felony is a minor character in the 2018’s animated movie Ralph Breaks the Internet. She is a part of the Shank’s racing crew participating in the Slaughter Race. She’s seen appearing a few times in the movie.
Finnick (Zootopia)
Finnick is a supporting character in the animated movie Zootopia. He is a male fennec fox and is first seen in the movie in his elephant costume at the beginning of the movie. He acts as Nick Wilde’s son because of the discrimination Jerry Jumbeaux Jr. has towards the fox.
Frou-Frou (The Aristocats)
Frou-Frou is a minor character in Disney’s 1970 animated movie Aristocats. She is Madame Adelaide Bonfamille’s palomino horse and a friend of the main character duch*ess and the other cats of the Madame’s mansion.
Fats (Dumbo)
Fats is one of the supporting characters in Disney’s animated movie from 1941 called Dumbo. He is part of the flock of crows who are at first mocking Dumbo for trying to fly but are later shown helping him in the department. Fats are part of that as well.
